Amelia is an unincorporated community in Clermont County, Ohio. The community is named after Armilla "Amelia" Bowdoin, the popular, well-known operator of the Ohio Turnpike tollgate. Amelia was once a village in the Pierce and Batavia townships, until it was dissolved in November 2019.
